New DVDs: Paul's "Get Back Live," "Hullabaloo" and "Music Scene" discs coming: (4/8/01) Amazon.com lists Paul's "Get Back Live" for release on May 8. And MPI Home Video has announced it will release "Hullabaloo Volumes 5-8" and "Music Scene: The Best of 1969-1970, Volume 2" on DVD May 22. Neither disc will contain any Beatle clips, but there is Beatle-related material on both. The ""Hullabaloo Volumes 5-8" will include two Beatle covers: Peter & Gordon with "Yesterday" and Tony and the Tigers (a group featuring comic Soupy Sales' sons) with "Day Tripper," plus a clip of Brian Epstein interviewing Andrew Loog Oldham. Other artists featured will include Herman's Hermits, the Lovin' Spoonful, Chad & Jeremy, We Five, the Remains, Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas, the Shangri-Las, Del Shannon, the Animals, the Everly Brothers, Freddie and the Dreamers, the Kinks and the Rolling Stones. "Music Scene: The Best of 1969-1970, Volume 2" will also include two Beatle covers -- Joe Cocker with "Something" and Mary McCaslin with "Help!" -- plus clips by Dusty Springfield, Mary Hopkin, the Everly Brothers, Davy Jones, Chuck Berry, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash, Three Dog Night, Janis Joplin, Stevie Wonder and Groucho Marx.
