From Anthony Glover:

Hi Steve. Just got back from the Ringo show in St. Louis. The show was 35 years ago to the day that Ringo and the rest of the Beatles played Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The venue for Ringo's show was the beautiful Fox Theatre built in 1929. A very classy venue for a very classy guy. The only problem was the crowd stayed seated for most of the show. The crowd acted like it was a night at the opera. Security got on to a lot of people for standing. The problem got better toward the end the show. The set list was pretty much the same as the rest of the shows although Sheila E's turn was so great she got to do an extended drum solo.

Other than Ringo, because he's Ringo, Sheila E impressed me the most. Her drumming was fantastic. Ringo was in awe of her. Her drumming made Ringo play drums better. Ringo even did a drum solo. Unlike other all Starr tours where the shows were guitar driven, this band was percussion driven. Lots of drums and keyboards. A very fresh sound. There was lots of energy coming from Ringo and the band, but not the audience. As i said earlier, the crowd got better toward the end of the night. This was my sixth time seeing Ringo and the All Starrs and I have to say it was one of the best. As Ringo said all night, peace and love.
